Taking time out of your busy day to relax and redirect some anger may be a good practice. When we are angry all resistance are muted. Our immune systems have been affected by this added stress. By taking a work break is helpful we are all entitled to two breaks, but you are entitled to sit and relax also. By taking a two minute break several times also through out the day will work as well. Close your eyes and shrug your shoulders several times and breathe naturally. Clear your thoughts and think of only things that you need to do. Do not think of anything that you did in the last several hours. Look ahead and plan a path. Think about this, being angry at someone or the amount of work you have to do is not going to change a situation, correct? By focusing on what you need to do and how the best method of approach in working it through is the main idea. By these small breaks of breath it will help you attain your goal. The rat race of job and the lives we juggle can seem like mountains that we cant climb at times, but by taking your time breathing and thinking things through most times your day will be better and your nerves will see intact and you will not feel like pulling out your hair. Some easy steps to attain less anger and better health are planning your hectic day. Take five minutes to jot down what you need to do the next day. After you have planned this, take some more deep breaths and move on to the rest of your day or evening. Leave the anger behind. It will not help you nor will it help you to relax and take in a pleasant evening.
